    1 tbsp + 1tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne, or to taste
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    4 (5oz) baking potatoes, cleaned

    Recipe



    Spray the grill rack with non stick spray; prepare the grill for a medium fire.

    Combine the olive oil, salt cayenne, and garlic powder in a medium bowl; add the potatoes and toss to coat.

    Place the potato wedges along the edges of the grill rack. Grill, turning every 7 minutes, moving the wedges closer to the center of the grill rack with each turn, until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Serve at once.
