1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/2 tablespoon crushed serrano peppers
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Mix ingredients well and apply to meat before smoking.
