    Chicago Barbecue Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 T Oil
    1 1/2 c Red Onion,Chopped
    3 c Tomatoes,Chopped
    2 T Cider Vinegar
    3/4 t Black Pepper
    1/4 t Thyme
    1/4 t Cumin
    1 1/2 T Sweet Paprika
    1 t Chili Powder
    1/2 t Oregano
    1 1/2 T Worcestershire
    1/2 c Orange Juice

    Recipe

    Heat oil in saucepan and sauté onion until translucent. Add remaining ingredients, except orange juice, stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and add orange juice Puree sauce in a blender or food processor.
