    Lone Star Steakhouse Dry Rub

    List of Ingredients




    4 TB Kosher salt
    1/2 TB celery salt
    2 TB freshly ground black pepper
    2 TB chili powder
    1/2 TB cayenne pepper
    1/2 TB white pepper
    3–4 TB paprika
    1/2 TB garlic powder
    1/2 TB dried lemon peel
    1 TB dry mustard
    2 TB brown sugar

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and store in a tightly sealed container. To use, spoon some rub on a plate and lightly dredge each cut of meat, fish, poultry, tofu or tempeh in rub before grilling or broiling.
