1 cup ice cubes
1 cup orange sherbet
1 cup sugar-free fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons thawed frozen orange juice concentrateRecipe
1. Crush the ice cubes in a blender (or place them in a zip-close freezer bag, crush them with back of heavy skillet, and place in the blender). Add the sherbet, yogurt, milk, and orange juice concentrate; puree until smooth.
