    1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 tablespoons margarine, softened
    1/2 cups hot water
    1/3 cups cold water
    3 cups reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix

    Recipe



    Cimbine flakes, sugar, margarine and hot water; mix well. Stir in cold water and baking mix. Add a little more cold water if necessary to make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10 times. Roll to a 1/2-3/4-in thickness; cut with a 2-in biscuit cutter(or use a 2-in drinking glass). Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 13 minutes or until lightly brwoned.
