    4 ham slices boiled or baked (1 oz.)
    4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread toasted
    1 1/3 cups lowfat cream cheese softened
    1 cup crushed pineapple drained (canned)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On nonstick skillet, bake ham until hot and sizzling. Spread each slice of toast evenly with 1/4 of the creamed cheese; top each with 1 ham slice and l/4 cup pineapple. Place on baking sheet; cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake about 10 minutes or until hot.


    Makes 4 servings.
