    List of Ingredients




    4 ozs turkey ham, cooked and diced
    1 c low-fat baking mix
    10 ozs hash brown potatoes in box
    3 c fat-free milk
    1 c bell peppers, chopped
    1 c egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/2 c onions, chopped
    3/4 tsp salt
    6 ozs reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/8 tsp black pepper

    Recipe



    Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Arrange the ham, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and half the cheese in prepared pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, egg whites, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Pour on top of ingredients in pan. Cover and chill for four hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Preheat oven to 375. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until lighly browned on top.
