    1/3 cup raisins (consider white raisins or prunes also)
    1/3 oz brandy
    1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
    3 large egg(s)
    4 serving cinnamon bread
    1 serving fat free half-and-half
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup of your favorite fruit

    Put brandy and raisins in very small pot on stove and heat on low until raisins plump up and absorb liquor. You can also use some grand marinier. Set aside.

    Wisk together skim milk, 1 cup fat free half and half, 3 eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg splenda, and vanilla extract.

    Toast the four pieces of soft wheat bread. Cut into 1/2 inch squares. This should be approx 4 cups of bread.

    Put bread cubes into baking dish. Add raisins. Pour the liquid mixture over the top. Press bread cubes into the custard.

    Put into the fridge for at least 1 hour. Occasionally press bread back down into custard.

    Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes. Bake until pudding is golden on top and slightly puffed. Do not overbake.

    top your serving with 1 cup of your favorite fruit
