6 slices Wonder Light Sourdough Bread
3 servings butter flavor Cooking Spray
12 oz low-fat sausage
1 1/4 cups Egg Beaters
2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
1 1/2 cups Kraft 2% Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp table salt
1 tsp yellow mustard seed
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauceRecipe
Spray one side of each slice of bread with ICBINB spray. Cut each piece into 9 squares and layer in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Brown 1 pound of sausage and drain well. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread/cheese/sausage mixture cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. When ready to cook: Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes
