1-3/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cornmeal, coarsely ground
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. nonfat dry milk
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
3/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. water
2 Tbs. molasses
1 tsp. lemon juiceRecipe
All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Do not use programmable timer.
