    Angel Food Pineapple Cake

    1 box fat free angel food cake mix
    1 (20-oz) can cruched pineapple, in it's own juice

    Recipe

    Mix the cake mix and pineapple together by hand (ignore the box directions). Pour into a 13X9 glass-baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn off the oven and leave inside for a few minutes so it doesn't fall. Leave in Pan and DO NOT turn upside down as the box instructs. Let cake completely cool. This cake can be made with other canned fruits (such as peaches). Make sure the pieces aren't too large, or they will sink to the bottom. Blend in blender to chop pieces up if needed.
