    List of Ingredients




    1 Lemon cake mix
    1 cup boiling water + 1 cup cold water
    1/3 cup light Lemon yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    1 pkg. sugar-free instant Vanilla pudding
    1 cup cold water
    1 (8 oz.) FF cool whip
    2 pkg. sugar-free Lemon Jell-o

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 and coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Combine cake mix,yogurt,egg,and cold water in lg. mixing bowl. Beat on low speed until moistened. Then beat on high for 2 minutes.Pour batter into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Poke holes over top of cake using fork.
    Prepare 1 pkg. jello then slowly pour over top of cake. Chill cake in fridge while preparing icing.
    In lg. bowl add milk,vanilla pudding and 1 pkg.jello beat on low speed until powders are dissolved and mixture is nicely blended and smooth. Fold in Cool whip and spread over cake. Chill until ready to serve.
