    Orange Juice Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 box Jello Vanilla SF/FF Instant Pudding
    1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake w/Pudding
    8 tablespoons Eggbeaters Egg Whites
    10 ounces Diet Sprite
    6 tablespoons Parkay Margarine, Light
    3/4 cup Splenda
    3/4 cup Tropicana Homestyle Orange Juice
    1 tablespoons confectioner's sugar

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.

    Mix pudding, cake mix, egg whites, and Diet Sprite together on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in cake comes out clean.

    Combine margarine, Splenda, and orange juice in a saucepan. Bil this mixture for about 2 minutes. While still warm, poke holes in the top of the cake with a fork. Pour orange juice mixture over cake. When the cake is saturated, place it on a plate and dust the top with confectioner's sugar.
