    Recipe Introduction

    servings 16
    points 2

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2/3 packed dark brown sugar
    1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
    1/3 c. butterscotch morsels
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 T. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 large egg whites
    Cooking spray
    1 T. powdered sugar

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Set aside.
Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites; add to flour mixture. Stir just until blended.
Lightly coat hands with cooking spray (I used flour). Press batter (it's very thick, like a cookie dough) evenly into an 8x8 baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top.
