1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
3 cups POST SPOON SIZE Shredded Wheat Cereal, coarsely crushed
3/4 cup raisinsRecipe
SPRAY 8-inch square baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
MIX sugar, honey and peanut butter in 2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 11/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbly at edges; stir until smooth.
STIR in crushed cereal and raisins. Press firmly into prepared baking pan. COOL. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container.
Use Your Stove:
Heat sugar, honey and peanut butter in large saucepan on medium heat until smooth and bubbly, stirring occasionally. Stir in cereal and raisins. Press into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container.
Take Along Tips: After completely cooled, wrap individual bars in plastic wrap. Left in a bowl on the kitchen counter, they make a great grab-and-go snack.
