    Swiss N Turkey Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    16-ozs. turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
    1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup fat-free milk
    2 cups croutons
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    2 cups celery, sliced
    1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare a 2-qt. casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese, croutons, celery, mayonnaise, milk, onions, and bell peppers. Spoon into prepared dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through.
