4 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 lib lean ground beef
1 onion, sliced thin
1 (150oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (10.75-oz) tomato soup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Low-fat shredded sheese
Recipe
perheat oven to 375. Cook beef and drain fat. Grease a 2 qt casserole dish. Arrange potatoes in bottom of dish, crumble beef over potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onions over beef then spread beans over onions. Top with soup.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
Remove foil and bake another 50 minutes
5 minutes before taking out of oven sprinkle cheese over top.
