Beef Teriyaki

List of Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, boneless, 3/4 thick,
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can beef broth (14-oz)
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups broccoli flowerets
4 cups hot cooked rice, (cooked without salt)
Recipe
Slice beef into very thin strips.
(to make slicing easier,place in freezer 1 hour before slicing)
Mix cornstarch, broth,soy sauce, sugar and garlic.
Stirpfry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate.
Add broccoli and cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
serve over rice
