List of Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice, cold
4 green onion, chopped
1/4 head Chinese cabbage
1/2 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons oil
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pound pork roast
2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup parsley, choppedRecipe
Heat oil. Add onions and rice.
When well heated, add cabbage and fry for 5 minutes.
Add pork and seasonings.
Stir well and make a hole in center of rice mixture.
Add eggs. Fry for 3 minutes or until set.
Mix eggs into rice mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
