1 box betty Crocker Supermoist Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup fat-free margarine spread
2 teaspoons cinnamon
cinnamon mixed with splenda for sprinkling

Recipe



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cake mix, cinnamon, egg beaters, water and margarine with a hand mixer until blended. Spray a cookie scoop with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray. Drop level scoops of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle each cookie with the cinnamon/Splenda mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove cookies from sheet and allow to cool on a rack.
