    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel

    Glaze

    1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
    3 Tbsp. orange juice

    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. In a large bowl, beat sugar, cream cheese, and butter at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg white and orange peel. At low speed, beat in flour mixture until blended. Shape dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 2 hours. Pre-heat oven to 350ä F. Spray 2 baking sheets with non-fat cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Roll dough out on a floured surface with a floured rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out cookies using small (1-1/2 inch) cookie cutters. Place 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheets. Reroll scraps and cut out more cookies. Bake cookies about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cookies completely on wire rack. Blend orange juice with confectioner's sugar for glaze. Brush cooled cookies with glaze.
