1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey breats
1 onion chopped
5 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can 8 1/2-oz) corn, drianed and rinsed
1 can (15-oz)tomato sauce
1 can (14-oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (10-oz) diced tomato and green chilies
1 tabespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon saltRecipe
In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Place meat in Crock Pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours; remove lid and stir halfway through.
