1 medium onion(s), chopped
1 medium green pepper(s), chopped
4 clove garlic clove(s), minced
2 medium carrot(s), chopped
1 (19-oz) canned diced tomatoes with italian seasoning, undrained
1 (15-oz) cooked black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 (15-oz) canned great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-oz) Green Giant Cut Green Beans, Canned
1 (15-oz) fat-free chicken broth
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp black pepper Recipe
In a 4 to 5 quart crockpot, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours, or until carrots and onions are tender.
