1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 green pepper, cut into wedges
1 red or yellow pepper, cut into aedges
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 can pineapple, big chunks or rings
1 apple, cut into big chunksRecipe
May use shrimp or lean beef (cubed) instead of chicken. Alternate items on wooden or stick skewer. Wrap in foil and cook over a medium open fire for about 15 mintues, Turn and cook another 15 mintue until done.
