    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flour, sifted
    1 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 Tablespoons Egg Beaters
    4 tablespoons Parkay Margarine, Light, melted
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    4 cups apples, peeled, sliced

    Recipe



    Line 8 x 8 pan prepared with cooking spray with apple slices. Sift dry ingredients and work in Eggbeaters with pastry blender until consistency of course meal. Sprinkle over apple slices. Drizzle with melted margarine over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until brown.
