    1 (16-ounce) loaf light white bread, sliced
    1 cup raisins
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    2 cups skim milk
    8 egg whites
    1 cup MOTT'S® Natural Apple Sauce
    1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. In large bowl, toss bread with raisins and cinnamon.

    3. In medium bowl, stir together milk, egg whites, apple sauce, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread cube mixture; mix well. Let stand 25 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

    4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
