Cheesecake Cream Topping

1 teaspoon unflavored geltin
1/4 cup sugar or Splenda
1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup non-fat sour creamRecipe
Dissolve geltin in hot water then add sugar and dissolve, pour into mixing bowl and add sour cream and vanilla.
Beat on high for 5 minutes.
Chill and serve.
Note: Topping should be used fairly soon after beating as the geltin tends to set up and becomes firm.
