    Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake

    1 box "lite" brownie mix
    1 8oz FF fream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup evapotated milk
    4 tablespoons flour
    8 egg whites
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
    1 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring
    1 cup Fat-free sour cream
    1 (17oz) lite cherry pie filling

    Perheat oven to 350. Perpare brownie mix as pre direction. Pour 1/2 of the mix into a 9" springform cake pan and bake until done. While brownie mix is baking combine and mix well cream cheese, sugar, milk and flour, Add egg whites, vanilla, butter and lemon flavoring. Mix well but do NOT OVER BEAT.
    Remove brownie mix from oven when done and pour cheesecake mixture on top and put back into the oven. After 15 minutes lower oven temperature to 200 and cook for 2 hours. Turn oven off and slightly open oven door, After an hour remove cake and place in refrigerator to cool. Spoon sour cream on top of cake and spoon cherries into sout cream.

    4 points per serving

    You could also use Splenda instead of sugar. but the taste isn't as good,or you could try 1/2 sugar and 1/2 splenda.
