    2 packages READY CRUST Mini Tarts Graham Pie Crusts (12 tarts)
    5 cups fresh fruit (melon balls, green grapes, blueberries, peach slices)( or any other fresh fruit)
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup water

    Recipe



    Combine fresh fruit mixture. In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add
    water and stir over low heat until mixture thickens. Pour over fresh fruit,
    combining well. Spoon fruit into 12 tarts. Chill 1 hour.

    12 tarts
    4 points per serving
    3.5 points with Splenda


    Substitute any of your favorite fresh fruits!
