    1oz tube reduced-fat croissant dough
    2oz good-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped, or 4 tbsp of semisweet chocolate chips
    1 large egg white, lightly beaten
    2 teaspoons sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375, line baking sheet with foil.
    Unroll dough into 8 triangles. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of chopped chocolate -about 12 chips in a thin line 1/2 inch above the bottom of each triangle. Roll up forming crescents with points tucked under, 2 inches apart.

    Brush the tops with egg white, then sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Bake until goldern, about 15 minutes. Let cool, then serve.
