2 T. Sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
4 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
2 T. flour
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. margarine, melted
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 c. lowfat frozen yogurt or ice milk Recipe
In a small mixing bowl combine sugar and 1/4t. cinnamon. Place the peaches in a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over fruit. Toss gently to coat. Cover, bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together the oats, flour, brown sugar, margarine, and 1/4t. cinnamon. Sprinkle over partially cooked fruit mixture. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes to 20 minutes more or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with frozen yogurt or ice milk. Makes 4 servings.
