1/4 cup of egg substitute
1 heavy spray butter flavor cooking spray
1 cup total of chopped green and red pepper, and onion
1 slice of fat free Butterball or Healthy Choice Ham
1 slice of fat free American cheese, cubed
Recipe
Over med. heat, spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add margarine and vegetables. Sautee until vegetables are tender.
Add the egg substitute, meat, and cheese.
When the egg starts to cook underneath, flip over to cook the other side until done.
Serve while still warm.
