Baked Crab Cassarole

vegetable cooking spray
1 tbsp. margarine
1 lb. fresh Maine crabmeat
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
4 stiffly beaten egg white
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/4 c. onion, finely diced Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the casserole with cooking spray.
In a skillet, add the margarine and saute the onions until soft, but not brown.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crab, onion, Worcestershire, and mustard, and then gently fold in the egg whites.
Turn into the casserole, sprinkle the cheese, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly puffed or browned. Serve immediately.
