2 pounds cod fillets, cut in 6 pieces
3/4 cup water
1 small onion, sliced very thinly
1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
1 chili pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon saltRecipe
Place all in a large nonstick frying pan and simmer gently about 20 minutes. Serve over rice (extra POINTS).
