    4 cod fillets, about 1/4 lb. each
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 tsp. thyme, or 1 tsp. fresh, chopped
    1/2 tsp. orange zest
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange cod fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour orange juice over cod and sprinkle with thyme, orange zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until fish is opaque throughout. Spoon orange sauce over fish and serve.
