    Crab Rangon with Wontons

    1 egg white
    8-oz lite cream cheese
    7-oz canned crab meat
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced (optional)
    30 wonton wrappers

    Recipe



    Spray a cookie sheet with PAM. mix all ingredients but the wonton wrappers in a bowl. Fill wrappers and pinch tops. (About 1 tbsp per wonton). Set on cookie sheet and spray tops with PAM.

    Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees

    30 servings
    1 point per serving
