    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c. liquid pasteurized egg or fat-free egg substitute
    1/4 c. sugar or 2 T. sugar and 2 packets sugar substitute
    1/2 c. fat-free half & half or fat-free evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt
    1 t. vanilla
    1/4 c. crushed fresh berries with juice

    Recipe



    Beat egg and sugar until thick and cream-colored. Add half & half, yogurt, vanilla and berries; mix well. Chill mixture before adding to ice cream maker.

    Follow manufacturer’s instructions for ice cream maker. Alternatively, pour mixture into shallow glass baking dish and place in freezer. Every 10 minutes, stir and scrape mixture with rubber spatula until it reaches desired consistency, about 1 hour. Serve immediately or pack into covered container and store in freezer.
