    2 Med bananas, peeled and cut in half lenthwise
    1/2 cup minature marshmallows
    2 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 cup corn flakes cereal
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    fat-free cool whip topping (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375. spray a small rectangular baking dish with butter-flavor nonstick spray.
    2. Place bananas in prepared dish, cut sides up.
    3. Sprinkle bananas with marshmallows and sugar, then cover evenly with cereal and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until bananas are heated through and marshmallows have melted, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
