Capellini with Fresh Tomato Sauce

List of Ingredients
5 to 6 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tabnlespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. sugar
9 oz. capellini (thin spaghetti)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
In large non-reactive bowl combine tomatoes, onion, basil, vinegar, oil, garlic and sugar. Let stand at room temp, covered for at least 4 hours.
Cook capellini according to pkg. directions, drain and place in large serving bowl. Top with sauce and toss.
Sprinkle with cheese.
