    1 lb. boneless pork leg, cut in 1/4x1/2 inch strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink, stirring well after each minute. Add pepper strips and re-cover. Microwave on high 30-60 seconds or until peppers are of desired doneness
