    List of Ingredients




    12 Corn tortillas
    20 ounces Valley Fresh Premium Chunk White Chicken meat
    1 pk (1.25 oz.) Lawry's Taco Spices & Se
    1/2 c Hot water
    4 ounces Ortega Diced Green-Chilies; drained
    1/2 c Minced green onions
    1/4 ts Garlic powder with parsley
    1 c Diced tomatoes
    Vegetable oil; for frying

    Recipe



    Sprinkle tortillas lightly with water; wrap in plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH 30 seconds to soften. Leave in plastic until ready to use.

    In large microwave-safe dish, combine chicken, taco spices & seasoning, water, chilies, onion and garlic powder; blend well. Cover and microwave on HIGH 5 ~ 6 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes. Place 2 tablespoons chicken mixture down center of each warmed tortilla. Roll up tortillas tightly; secure with
    toothpicks. In deep large saucepan, heat oil to 375� E Fry rolled tortillas in oil until golden brown and crisp. Drain well on paper towels. Keep warm in oven; remove toothpicks before serving.
