    9 ounces uncooked pasta wheels
    1 cup skim milk
    3 ounces reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    3 ounces reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 1/2 ounces American cheese, grated
    1 1/2 ounces reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper

    Recipe



    In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta wheels 8-10 minutes, until tender. Drain and return to pot.
    Add milk, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, American cheese, mozzarella cheese and white pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes, until cheeses are melted.

    EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 2 Proteins, 2 Breads, 15 Optional Calories
