Italian Vegetables and Pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
2 medium carrots, sliced thin
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup parmesan sheese, graded
1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves, dried crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic minced
2 cups cooked medium tube-shaped pasta shells or corkscrew pastaRecipe
Heat oil, add carrots,zucchini and onion and cook until tender and crips
Add tomato juice, cheese, oregano and garlic, Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or intil vegetables are tender.
Add pasta heat through and serv.
