    1 pkg. Jell-o sugar-free/fat free chocolate
    pudding mix, (4 serving)
    2/3 cup carnation nonfat dry milk powder
    1 1/3 cups water
    1 1/2 tsps. coconut extract
    1 cup cool whip fat free
    1/4 cup chopped almonds, (1ounce)
    1 keebler reduced fat graham piecrust, (6 ounce)
    1 tablespoon miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, (1/4 ounce)
    2 tablespoons flaked coconut

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add water.Mix well, using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/2 tsp. coconut extract and 1/4 cup cool whip lite. Add almonds. Mix well. Pour mixture into piecrust.Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. In a small bowl, combine
    remaining 3/4 cup cool whip and remaining 1 tsp. coconut extract.
    Spread mixture evenly over filling. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and coconut evenly over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
