1 3/4 cups skim milk
1/4 cup Peter Pan Crunchy Peanut Butter, Reduced Fat (can also use smooth, but fat-free will not set up)
1 package Jello Chocolate SF/FF Instant Pudding
8 ounces Cool Whip, Free
1 Reduce-fat Graham Cracker Crust
Recipe
In large microwavable bowl, combine milk and peanut butter. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on medium 3 minutes or until peanut butter is melted. Stir until smooth. Add pudding mix and stir until thickened. Gently fold in topping. Spoon mixture into pie crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
