    Cornflake Crumb Pie Crust

    Recipe Introduction

    One cup of graham cracker crumbs has approximately 14 grams of fat. Using two cups per pie would amount to about 5 grams of fat per serving in the crust alone. The following crust yield 0 grams of fat per serving.

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup cornflake crumbs (buy them in a box or make them yourself)
    2 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons water
    --vegetable spray

    Recipe

    Thoroughly mix ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a veggie sprayed pie pan. Press and form to shape pie crust. Chill well before filling.

    Use where graham cracker crust are called for. Chill before serving.
