    Crustless Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients

    15 oz can of Pumpkin
    12 oz can of FF Evaporated Milk
    3/4 cup Egg Beaters
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    3 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    2/3 cup Splenda

    FF Cool Whip (optional)

    Recipe

    Stir all ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk. Pour into a 9" pie pan sprayed with Pam.
    Place into a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat
    to 325 degrees F for an additional 30-45 minutes.

    Chill. Serve topped with FF Cool Whip if desired.
