    List of Ingredients




    1 package (32 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
    4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Mild Cheddar Velveeta cheese
    1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed reduced fat cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine potatoes, onion, cubed ham, and cheese. In a small bowl, combine soup, milk and marjoram. Stir soup mixture into potato mixture and stir well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
