    Citrus Topped Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    6 loin pork chops, (1" thick) trimmed
    pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 cup apple jelly
    1 cup ornage juice
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teasdpoon ground mustard
    dash ground ginger
    6 orange slice
    6 lemon slices

    Recipe

    I a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Season with pepper and paprika. Combine jelly, juices, mustard and ginger, pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn chops, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Top each chop with an organe and lemon slice. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.

    6 serving
    5 pts per serving.

    a good side dish is sweet potatoes with orange juice topping
